Room Details: Kitchen & Dining The Kitchen is equipped with the essentials; stainless steel appliances and everything from silverware, to can openers, pots and pans and more. Enjoy meals in the kitchen, or in the dining room or directly out on the pool deck in the Florida Sun! Also equipped with plasticware for the pool deck and outdoor eating. Comes with our standard large drip coffee maker. Living Room & Den Features a large comfy sofa centered around the large 65" Smart 4K Roku TV, equipped with a cable box. Den features several comfortable sofas - the perfect place to lounge, or play games! Half-bathroom here for extra convenience! Pool & Deck The deck features your own private pool (heating is an optional extra) along with a gas BBQ and plenty of seating and tables, along with String Lighting so you can stay out at night! Don't forget the clubhouse has the heated, zero-entry pool and heated hot tub! The deck also features an umbrella on the dining table - please ensure to always close it when leaving the deck! String Lights wrap around the deck providing plenty of light throughout the evening! Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter) A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must replace the gas propane tank if needed. Guests will need to register at the clubhouse upon arrival. The Resort will provide access cards for each vehicle. The Resort will charge $20 per card, per vehicle. No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.
