The Beach is PET FRIENDLY! Time restrictions apply - all information is provided in your digital guide as well as online from the City of Cocoa Beach. A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in. Cleaning Services available during your stay - inquire for more detail! A Charcoal BBQ is provided. Guests are expected to clean and empty the ash from the grill before departing from the property. Property is not fully fenced. Our 2nd guesthouse is connected via the backyard which includes the walkway/path to the beach.
