With COVID-19 in mind, we would like to highlight some of the ways we’ve changed to keep you safe while you travel:
SafeHome Program
Following the recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and working with leading industry associations such as the VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) and VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) to implement the SafeHome program.
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols
In addition to sanitizing each home, we are focusing extra attention on ‘high-touch’ surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remotes, etc.) We also leave each property vacant for 24 hours, in-between each stay, for your protection.
Providing Guest Supplies
Going beyond our standard starter kits, we have taken it a step further by providing our guests with safe cleaning products and supplies in each home managed by us.
100% Contactless / Keyless Check-in
Complete all registration items and verifications before you get to the home! No need to head to a central office to collect keys. Get a personalized, unique access code and go straight to your home!
